Q1 FY 2022-23 Numbers
GNA Axles Ltd – engaged in the Business of manufacturing auto components for the four-wheeler industry has posted its Q1 FY2022-23 numbers today.
Revenue from Operation
The Company has generated revenues of, on a consolidated basis, INR 375.19 Cr for the first quarter ended 30 June 2022 as compared to INR 300.48 Cr for the same period last year, registering a growth of 24.86% Y-O-Y basis,
While the company has generated a revenue of INR 328.96 Cr for the last quarter, ended 31 March 2022, a growth of 14.05% Q-O-Q basis,

INR 275.96 Cr as on 30 June 2021,

Profit
The Company has registered a PAT of INR 27 crore for the first quarter ended 30 June 2022 as compared to INR 18.11 crore for the corresponding period last year, reporting a growth of 49% Y-O-Y basis;
However on a Q-O-Q basis the profit of the company de-grew by 8.35% on account of higher raw material prices (PAT of INR 29.46 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2022)
EPS (Basic) stood as follows –
INR 12.59 as on 30 June 2022,
INR 8.44 as on 30 June 2021,
INR 13.73 as on 31 March 2022

gna axles share closed at INR 632.90 (DOWN 3.43%) on the NSE when the market closed last Friday with a volume of 85,330 shares.
GNA Axles Ltd is currently trading 43% below when compared to its 52-week high of INR 1112.
Final Comment: The Company has delivered good numbers for the quarter, where the top-line registered healthy growth on both Y-O-Y and Q-O-Q basis. PAT was down marginally for the quarter due to high RM. Finblab has a positive view on the company.
